Pick-up from Jaipur airport / railway station from where youll be transferred to a hotel in
private vehicle. Check-in at the hotel and have some rest. In the evening, we'll head to
Nahargarh Fort to view the mesmerizing sunset over the Pink city.
You can also attend the
evening Light and sound show at Amer Fort. On the way back, visit Jal Mahal (though the
entry is restricted inside the Palace, it still makes an amazing location for an evening
stroll). Overnight stay in the hotel.
After breakfast and some leisure, well go for local sight-seeing including Hawa Mahal The
palace of winds , Head to Chandpol to see the hustle bustle of the main bazaar or you can
visit other famous local bazaars if you want to like – johari bazaar , bapu bazaar etc and
the Pink City. Albert Hall Museum , City Palace Complex - In same complex you have Jantar
mantar, Museum and Mubarak Mahal (open till 05:00 PM).
After a tour of the Grand Palace, head to the famous Birla Mandir followed by Jawahar Kala Kendra (multiarts center) where youll
get first hand experience on local handicrafts. The place is always busy with oneor other
event. Collect some souvenirs while enjoying the sip of coffee inside the premises.
Now
we'll continue our journey to Jawahar circle garden where you can enjoy the Musical Fountain
(startsat 07:00 P.M. for around 30 min) and collect some memories for the lifetime.In
evening, we'll head to Chokhi Dhani an ethnic Rajasthani village resort, for evening
entertainment and dinner. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
After Breakfast, Check-out the hotel after breakfast and we'll continue our journey to
Jodhpur. Enroute visit Pushkar where we'll go for a retail therapy session. A good mix of
ethnic and hippie culture reflects in Pushkar market. There's a lot to shop for, so keep at
least half a day exclusively for shopping.
Visit the famous Brahma Temple followed by the
holy lake of Pushkar. Now continue towards Jodhpur. Reach Jodhpur in the evening. Check-in
at the hotel for overnight stay. *Optional - you may head for the Savitri hilltop (trek)
south west of the lake. It's a moderate hike of around 1.5 km. Located on the top is the
Savitri Devi Temple dedicated to the wife of Lord Brahma. The breathtaking panoramic view of
Pushkar town from here is worth the effort.
Post breakfast and some leisure, we'll head to explore the rich Rajasthani heritage and the embellishing beauty of Asias best fortress Mehrangarh Fort followed by Jaswant Thada a white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. In the afternoon, visit the Umaid Bhawan Museum - take a stroll around the clock tower if you want to. Now we'll continue our journey to Jaisalmer. Reach Jaisalmer late in the evening. Check-in at the hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, head to the Fort city for a tour of the Sandstone Fort, Jaisalmer Fort,
Salim Ji Ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli, The Thar heritage museum, Rani ka Mahal, Gadisagar
Lake and the Sun City which is part of the fort. It's time to explore the forts and Havelis
of Jaisalmer and get awed by the grandeur. In the afternoon, head out to know the shocking
history of the Kuldhara village and the ruins around it, people Page 2 Rajasthan Colors of
Marwar: Jaipur - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Udaipur believe its haunted try it and you might fish
out something.
In the evening, drive to the Sam Dunes. Special stay at the Swiss tents in
the Middle of the clean desert of Thar Sand Dunes Fulfilling your Fantasy of the Pyramid
Shaped clean dunes which are difficult to find in Thar. Bonfire at the camp site with an
evening cultural show followed by dinner. Overnight stay at the camps.
After Breakfast and some leisure, check out from the camp and head towards Jodhpur. Reach Jodhpur by afternoon or evening. Check into the hotel and have some rest. Later in evening, you can stroll the local market and clock tower and buy some handicrafts if you want to.
After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and driver will drop you at the Airport from where you can board the flight and get back to home with some sweet memories with you.
